So our journey begins. I collect cookbooks. yep, call me crazy, a cat lady without cats, whatever you want, but i collect em, love em and cook out of them. most of them. i haven't cooked out of ALL of them, but that's what this is now about. so, tonight, i begin my culinary journey with my kids, dog and rabbit in tow (who will not go into the pot EVER) as we navigate the landscape of my over 100 cookbooks. we're going to cook out of each one every night. cookbooks AND saved cooking magazines. let's see how we do.
okay, that's the start. let's see where we go from here.
